Continuous employee development

Assistance provision is a serious profession. We have founded our own academy: the Eurocross Academy. Everyone who works for us follows an extensive development process that is composed according to individual and common needs. These processes are a necessity. Becoming a good assistance provider requires extensive education, training, coaching, internships and practical knowledge.

The Eurocross Academy was founded for both new and old employees. We find continual development important: acquiring new knowledge and skills in order to become an ever-improving assistance provider. The great advantage of having our own academy is that we can specifically train the qualities we find important for offering the best possible assistance.
